We met Jim after looking for more than a year. We knew what we wanted but were not having good luck finding it. Jim met us at a home we called his office on and we hit if off very well......one day we were leaving on vacation and Jim called and said we need to see 'this house' before we go. He told us 'this is your house'. Two and a half hours later we signed a contract. A year later we listed our river home with Jim and to our surprise he sold it in two days.
